A memoir of getting cancer at the age of 27

After seeing and hearing numerous news on the social media, reading articles and books regarding cancer survivors, and how their stories inspired the society, I would also like to chip in to share bits and pieces of my story battling cancer, in hopes that people will cherish life and most importantly treasure the people around them.

As the saying goes, “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” – Confucius

In the year of 2014, I have fallen deep, deep down the rabbit hole. It was the most difficult and challenging year for me and my family whereby I faced a really big hurdle in life, a matter of life and death at the age of 27.
